Steven Sparks

Steven Sparks hails from the piney woods area of the Ark-La-Tex region, and his wit is as sharp as his surveyor’s machete!  Steven has been a Realtor® since 2007 and is also an Easement or Right of Way Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission.  He also earned a bachelor’s degree in surveying and is actively pursuing his Registered Public Land Surveyor license.  Steven has completed many property acquisitions for the public, private, and oil and gas sectors across the state of Texas and other states. His status as a professional Landman in Texas, combined with his surveying and acquisitions background, allows Steven to bring a specialized skill set to the table for clients who are in need of a complete and more discerning approach to their real estate needs.  Giving back is important to Steven, who regularly volunteers for missionary building projects as a surveyor in Mexico, Iraq, and Western Africa.
