Kristi Redwine

Kristi was born into the ranch life in Paris, Texas where her parents were active horse and cattle ranchers.  Soon after, her family moved to a large ranch in the Texas Panhandle, where she grew up in a small and very rural community.  Her love for this lifestyle started very early in life, as she spent her summers horseback helping her dad gather and sort cattle, fixing fences and repairing windmills.  If she wasn’t in school, you could find her on the back of her favorite horse roaming the beautiful ranch she called home which fostered her love of the outdoors, nature, and animals. Ranching and living in a rural community helped instilled the merits of hard work and the importance of community.  As ranchers well know, whether it’s the equipment, labor, or just advice and support, in rural communities we value and depend on our neighbors.

After leaving the Panhandle, Kristi spent the majority of her adult life in Lubbock, raising four amazing children, a set of twin girls in the middle, as a single Mom.  Her three younger children are planning on attending college and her oldest is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Kristi spent the majority of her career working in the finance industry in Lubbock, Texas.  After completing her Series 6 Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Qualification Exam and the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination she was given the opportunity to get her Life, Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses and since 2014 has worked in this industry.

Being a Real Estate Agent has been a goal of hers since 2010 when a friend became a Broker.  Many of her friends encouraged her to get her real estate license then but having four small kids at home, three that were three and under at that time, and raising them on her own, prevented her from achieving that goal.

Now, fourteen years later, the right time, the right people, and the right circumstances have come together and she received her TREC Sales Agent license in January of 2024.

Living in the Texas Hill Country is a dream come true and now, as a Realtor®, she gets to share her love of nature, ranching, and the outdoors with all of her new clients.  Her background in sales and her passion for helping people makes this career choice a perfect fit!
