Amanda McNeal

Born in Jourdanton, TX, raised for a short time in Devine, TX and home to Big Wells, TX, Amanda understands the benefits of life in the Southwest Texas region. Many individuals that travel to the Brush and Hill Country area, fall in love with the mild winters, hot summers, ranching, farming, hunting, small town life, and the native scenery that is beautifully painted in the landscape.

Amanda has been happily married to Bryan for 24 years, who is the founder of Cactus Property Inspections. Together, they have two beautiful adult daughters and a precious granddaughter—Dakota. Her oldest daughter, Darien, is married to Trate, who is one of the sons for Thompson Ranches in Crystal City, TX. Her youngest daughter, Taylor, who is also a Professional Texas Real Estate licensee, currently attends Texas A&M in College Station, TX (Gig’Em Aggies).

Amanda has a passion for helping people. In the early 2000s, she obtained an EMT-B certification, so she could start her career as a first-responder. A short time later, she advanced her EMT-B, to EMT-I, which allowed her to provide advanced interventions for those needing emergent medical services.

Amanda always felt she could do more for herself and those around her. In 2009, she decided to purse one of her goals by enrolling in college for her Psychology degree. In February of 2014, Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from Walden University.

An additional goal for Amanda was to become a Registered Nurse. In 2016, Amanda enrolled with SWTJC, in Uvalde, TX. She completed her nursing pre-requisites and was accepted to the RN program in 2017. In May 2019, Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Nursing. To this day, utilizing her Psychology and Nursing degree, Amanda is compassionate about helping clients that are in Hospice care, nearing their end of life.

One of Amanda’s sayings is “Most humans are born into this world, surrounded by so much love and so many people, shouldn’t those nearing the end of life be given the same compassion?”

Currently:

Amanda is still a full-time Hospice nurse. However, she set out to fulfill a passion she’s had for a long time: Real Estate. In 2021, Amanda enrolled in Real Estate classes and is now a newly Licensed Texas Real Estate Professional and is eager to help those in need of Real Estate services. Whether you need seller or buyer representation, Amanda can help you in a unique way. She has the experience, professionally and from a personal standpoint, to relate to those she is helping.
